DESIGN AND DRAFTING
We can provide the full design service for your project, or assist a design team with the design of specialised elements. Conceptual design work of whole projects or elements of projects. Detailed design development including drawing sets and specification documentation. Drafting assistance using various software.
ESTIMATION
We help large commercial contractors with their tender submissions. Accurate and competitive tendering and quoting of whole projects or elements of projects from conceptual or detailed documentation. Materials takeoff for Schedule of Rates checking. Breakdown of material, labour, subcontractor, and machinery components for each element. Value adding and smarts through construction knowledge and experience.
COST CHECKING
We help design studios and local government with pre-tender construction pricing of architectural designs during the initial concept and design development stages. Reducing potential cost blowouts at tender time or during construction impacting on completion dates and design intent.
CONSTRUCTION ADVICE
Providing advice during the design stage to assist with drawing construction details. During construction phase to assist with any issues on site. General advice in regards to landscaping matters.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT / SUPERINTENDENCE
Delivering projects that are built to Standards, achieve a high quality finish, and have safety and environmental consideration. Ensuring excellent communication with clients and other key stakeholders, and meeting construction budget and timelines.
